Since the objection to the government was the possible leak of the user data to the Chinese Government through the Chinese originated company Tencent Games. Having Reliance by your side will be the best choice for the company to get things under right way.

It seams that the talk is in its early phase. But the officials from both the sides are working on the deal pretty well. The revenue might be an important aspect of the delay to the deal, as it could be 50:50 or fixed numbers of users based per month.
